- “A star, you say? Oh you're here to see OUR star! She's upstairs, so feel free to go and take a look for yourself.”
- —Monstermama, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Monstermama is a character in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. She appears to be an elderly Mushroom person with thick eyebrows, red clothing, and brown spots on her "cap." Monstermama is the leader of Monstro Town, a peaceful community of reformed monsters. During Mario's quest for the Star Pieces, Monstermama aids Mario by summoning Sergeant Flutter and his troop of Paratroopas. Due to Monstermama's efforts, Mario and the gang are able to climb up the cliff located at Land's End, allowing entry into Bean Valley.
