Wheeere's Yoshi?! (also known as the Yoshi Shell game)[1] is a minigame found exclusively in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It can be selected to play, letting the player double Mario's party's experience points or coins.

This minigame is played if the party gets a LUCKY! Flower during battle, if someone in Mario's party uses the Lucky Jewel at any time during a battle, or if the player hits a Timed Hit with the Lucky Hammer.

Gameplay[edit]

To win this minigame, the player must watch the Yoshi Egg in which Yoshi hides, then select it after it spins around with two other eggs. There is a black creature resembling a Fuzzy in one egg and a pink bird in the other. The Fuzzy creature makes the party lose all wagered items (experience points or coins). The pink bird represents a tie, and the player keeps the original quantity.

In the original version of Super Mario RPG, which egg the Yoshi hides in is completely random. In the remake, the Yoshi can be reliably located by tracking its egg as it slides around.
