The Trueform Pin is an accessory in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. As its name suggests, it keeps the wearer from being affected by transformation attacks. Additionally, it increases both physical and magical defense by four points. A Trueform Pin can first be gained from defeating the Huhwhat in Kero Sewers, and later ones can be bought from shops in Rose Town and the freed Seaside Town for 60 coins.
