"A very pretty stone!" | |
First appearance | Super Mario RPG (Nintendo Switch) (2023) |
The Extra-Shiny Stone is a key item exclusive to the Nintendo Switch remake of Super Mario RPG. Much like the Shiny Stone, it is required to unlock the sealed door in Monstro Town and battle Culex, only this time in his more powerful 3D form.
To obtain the Extra-Shiny Stone, the player must defeat Duel-Ready Johnny in the Sunken Ship during the post-game. After the battle, Johnny rewards Mario with the Extra-Shiny Stone.
