Skewer, like Pierce, is an attack used by enemies with spears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The player has to defend against it as they would defend Pierce. Since Skewer stabs two times with the spear (for one move, not double damage) it may be tricky.
In Paper Mario: The Origami King a move by the same name is performed by Spike Tops, in which they charge at Mario in line, launching him in the air so that it lands on top of the last one.
