Herb T.
Herb T. is a green Toad introduced in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He owns a small bar in Rogueport Underground where people get together and share information. Herb T.'s name is a pun on "herbal tea", with "Herb" itself being an actual name as well.

- "That's the cola bar owner, Herb T. He's a middle-aged guy with a wild mustache. He may look like just another glass-polisher, but he's an old-school cola bartender. He's hilarious, but I'm sure he's heard his share of super-depressing stuff, too."
