Ultra Nuts reappear in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, although they restore fifty Heart Points instead of eighty. They cost 225 coins to purchase from the shops after reaching Driftwood Shore. Certain enemies have a chance of dropping them after a battle: Boomerang Bros have a 5% chance, Hermite Crab Rs have a 5% chance, and Monolifts have a 2% chance.

Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam
