Big Massif X is an X boss in the game Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. He is a stronger version of Big Massif. Big Massif X is the fourth opponent fought in the Battle Ring.

Battle[edit]

As with the original battle, Big Massif X battles alongside Hooraw Xs, who aid him with his various attacks. Big Massif X also uses the same attacks as Big Massif, only being faster and stronger. He can call down a large, heavy object to punch at Mario, who has to counter with his hammer. If the Hooraws panic as it comes down, Big Massif X will back up before punching it. He will also charge at Mario and, depending on the actions of the Hooraws in the background, will either jump over Mario or charge right into him, the latter which Mario must jump to avoid. In another attack, the Hooraws will group up and surround Mario, allowing Big Massif X to jump on each one and on the last group, the Hooraws will throw Big Massif X at Mario. Big Massif's last attack involves him chasing Mario across the foreground while standing on a tower of Hooraws. The tower will jump at Mario, creating a shockwave Mario must jump over. After avoiding the shockwave enough times, the Hooraws will collapse and throw Big Massif X off, damaging him in the process.
