Microbombs are small Bob-ombs in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its Nintendo Switch remake. Their use is first demonstrated in the Mole Mines by Croco, who uses one in an attempt to flee from Mario. Once Croco is defeated, he drops a single Microbomb (known as Bambino Bomb in the SNES version), which is used to proceed further in the mines. Later, an unlimited supply is seen being thrown by Punchinello at the end of the path. They are the first bombs to be thrown as well as the weakest, but they can still be a problem if they are left alone. Soon after they are defeated, more are thrown, but when Punchinello loses enough HP, they stop being thrown and are replaced by regular Bob-ombs.
