Mario "wins" a Rotten Mush in Grate Guy's Casino

A Rotten Mush is an item rewarded to Mario in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. This item recovers only five HP to an ally. One is given to Mario by either Grate Guy or Knife Guy when playing their respective games. It cannot be used in battle.
