A Honey Mushroom, originally known as a Honey Shroom is an item found in the Paper Mario series. It looks like a red-capped mushroom with yellow honey poured over it. It is made by mixing a Mushroom or a Volt Shroom with Honey Syrup. It heals five HP and five FP. This item can be sold for ten coins.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Zess T. makes this item for free when she is given the Cookbook. Honey Shrooms are also revealed to be Lahla's favorite food.

In Super Paper Mario, it is made by Dyllis from Flopside, requiring a Shroom Shake and a Honey Jar to make it. It recovers ten HP and cures poison.
