Guerrillas are Kong-like enemies found in the Forest Maze in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Their name is a pun on "gorilla" and "guerrilla warfare". Aside from their chains and shackles, they are very similar in appearance to Donkey Kong, as referenced by their Psychopath. They also have a stronger near-identical counterpart, the Chained Kong.
Guerrillas are the strongest enemies in the Forest Maze, having powerful physical attacks at their disposal. Like most powerful enemies in the game (i.e. Reacher or Mastadoom), Guerrillas appear rarely, with only one appearing per battle, and never appearing on the overworld.
An action course in one of the doors in the Trial Course has Mario avoiding the barrels thrown by Guerrillas, referencing Donkey Kong.

Trivia
- In the Japanese trailer for the Nintendo Switch version of Super Mario RPG, Guerrilla's Monster List entry incorrectly listed its HP as 121 and Exp. as 10. This was fixed in the localized English trailer to match that of the original game.
- Guerrilla's Japanese Psychopath quote references the all persons fictitious disclaimer, a standard blurb used in the credits of feature films to reduce the risk of a libel lawsuit.[2] While the English release of the SNES version changes it due to text limits, the English release of the Nintendo Switch version restores the reference.[4]
