"I'm a fresh little fish."

Mr. Kipper is a species of fish that can be found in the sea as well as in the Sunken Ship in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They often appear alongside Crusties and Bloobers. Mr. Kippers lack any spells or special attacks, with their only attack being to simply ram into the player characters. When a Mr. Kipper is shown outside of water, its color is green, but when in water, they appear purple. They are close relatives to Goby, another enemy that appeared in the Kero Sewers.
