(Seriously, out of everything in this game, I'm at a loss for the meaning, but maybe it's just a made-up name with no real significance behind it for the sake of it.))

Template:Quote2 Dr. Topper (who prefers to be called Dr. T) is a green Hammer Bro in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. He appears behind one of the doors in the Six-Door Chamber in Bowser's Keep. Two doors lead to puzzle stages, of which Dr. Topper is in charge, acting as a quizmaster rather than an enemy. If the player cannot figure out his puzzles, they will be sent back to the room with the six doors.

Trivia

  • In the Japanese version of the game, two direct references to the Final Fantasy series are made. When Dr. Topper asks which monster appears first in the Pipe Vault, one of the possible answers is "Exdeath," the villain of Final Fantasy V, and when he asks who the ultimate enemy of the adventure is, a possible answer is "Kefka," the villain of Final Fantasy VI. In the English translation, these choices were replaced with "Chompweed" and "Goomba," respectively.
