Dark Star is an attack most commonly used by bosses such as Exor, Culex, and Smithy in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and is the most powerful magic attack in the game. When Dark Star is used, an enemy summons a dark version of a Star to crush a character. This attack is the enemy equivalent of Mallow's Star Rain; however, it only targets one character.
