The Alto Card is a special item in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is gained from Toadofsky after playing "Frog Sage's suite #18" for him at Melody Bay. With it, Mario gains access to the Juice Bar, where he can buy Tadpola Colas and Frogleg Colas. It is succeeded by the Tenor Card and the Soprano Card.
