Light Beam is a status-changing magic attack used by some bosses, such as Belome, in the game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The enemy will shoot a big, bright rainbow-colored bubble that floats toward the party. As it approaches, the bubble pops, causing all party members to fall asleep.
