Template:Species-infobox Tail Boos[1] are Boos with Tanooki tails granted by Super Leaves that appear in Super Mario 3D Land. Their tails are white and grey, unlike Tanooki Mario and other Tanooki-tailed enemies, who have brown and beige tails.

Tail Boos first appear in World 4-4. When Mario looks at one to stop it, it will perform a tail whip as it stops. They can only be defeated by Invincible Mario, just like normal Boos. Some of them drop a Super Leaf or a Statue Leaf upon defeat.

Tail Boos reappear as both enemies and usable minions in the Minion Quest mode of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions.
