They are indistinguishable in appearance from normal Mushrooms and share the same name. This item can only be obtained through purchasing them from the Triplets in Monstro Town. In the Nintendo Switch remake, the player is limited to holding 10 of them like the normal Mushroom.[1]

Trivia
- In the SNES version of Super Mario RPG, this item has a typographical error in its description in the item menu, which reads, "Recoers 30 HP, but..." This was fixed in the Nintendo Switch remake.
