Meteor Blast is a non-elemental magic attack used by some bosses, such as Grate Guy, Culex and Axem Green in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Animation is depicted as stars flashing all over the screen, similar to the Rock Candy (item) animation. This hits all party members with medium damage.
Meteor Blast may be the equivalent to the Meteor spell in the Final Fantasy series.
