Mute, also known as Silence,[1] is one of the status conditions in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. While Mute, a character can not utter a single word, thus preventing spells from being cast. With no magic, the Mute character must rely on physical attacks alone. Able Juice cures characters from Mute. The Wake Up Pin, Safety Badge, and Safety Ring accessories prevent this condition.
