Mushrooms are items in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars that restore 30 HP for a single party member like normal Mushrooms, but also inflict the Mushroom status effect if they are not wearing an accessory that negates it. They are indistinguishable in appearance from normal Mushrooms and share the same name. This item can only be obtained through purchasing them from the Triplets in Monstro Town. In the Nintendo Switch remake, the player is limited to holding 10 of them like the normal Mushroom.[1]
