The Heel Shell (known as the Heal Shell in the original) is a type of armor for Bowser in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. According to its artwork, it is a turquoise shell with black spikes and red rings. The Heel Shell has a physical defense rating of 24 and a magical defense rating of twelve points. Like the rest of the final armor series, it can be bought from Croco late in Bowser's Keep, specifically for 100 coins.
