The Dragon that Wasn't is a battle in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, exclusively in the Rayman in the Phantom Show DLC. It is part of the The Medieval Set main Quest in the Space Opera Network, and takes place immediately after the Castle Chaos battle.
In this battle, the heroes must defeat the Giant Flamin' Stooge to win. After defeating the Giant Flamin' Stooge, the battle is won. Unlike the previous battle, this one gives rewards.
Layout[edit]
The battlefield is somewhat large in size and has lots of cover, forming walls. There are several explosive barrels as well, so these can be used to blow up the cover. Three rings are floating across the ground above the Giant Flamin' Stooge's starting position.
Two pipes connect to high ground on the left and right sides, with both pipes being blocked. The blue switch opens up the left pipe, while the yellow switch unlocks the yellow pipe. The left high ground has Bob-ombs, while the right rphigh ground has Flamin' Stooges. A few other Bob-ombs are close to the heroes' starting area. Two Deep Freezes are present on the battlefield, with one being closer to the heroes, and the other being closer to the Giant Flamin' Stooge.
Battle[edit]
The heroes must defeat the Giant Flamin' Stooge to win the battle. During the battle Darkmess Portals will appear, containing Bob-ombs and Flamin' Stooges. The turn limit goal is five turns; if the goal was not reached for the "Castle Chaos" battle, it will carry over to this battle. After the Giant Flamin' Stooge is defeated, the battle is won.
