“We are currently shooting an episode entitled, "Siege of Were-Walrus Keep". In this scene you must infiltrate the castle! Only Bob-ombs Bob-omb icon from Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope can be used to destroy the gate. If that scares you, good! Use it as raw material for your performance!”
Phantom, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

Castle Chaos is a battle in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, exclusively in the Rayman in the Phantom Show DLC. It is part of the main Quest The Medieval Set of the Space Opera Network.

After the heroes reach to the dragon on the Medieval Set, they must cleanse the Darkmess Puddle there. The heroes will be brought to this battle, where they must destroy a Darkmess Gate by using a Bob-omb. After the Darkmess Gate is destroyed, the battle is won, and the The Dragon that Wasn't battle will follow immediately afterward. This battle grants no rewards after completion.

Layout[edit]

The heroes start at an area with two Bob-ombs, while the Darkmess Gate is on the opposite side of the battlefield. Two pipes connect to the middle platform and to the starting area and the Darkmess Gate. These pipes however are blocked and must be activated by pressing switches. The blue switch unlocks the starting pipe, while the yellow switch unlocks the Darkmess Gate pipe. The blue switch is located in the middle area, while the yellow switch is found close to the Darkmess Gate.

Several Flamin' Stooges are at the left and right side platforms, while several Ghostly Walkers are at the middle area and the Darkmess Gate area. A few Jump Panels are found in the middle and right areas, and three rings are located above gaps; two are over the gap between the starting and middle area, and one is above a gap on the right side. Several explosive barrels are present throughout the battlefield.

Battle[edit]

The heroes must blow up the Darkmess Gate by using a Bob-omb. As the battle goes on, Darkmess Portals will appear containing the more of the enemies mentioned above. Darkmess Portals that appear can be destructible or indestructible. The turn limit goal is four turns; if it is not reached, it will affect the "The Dragon that Wasn't" battle as well. After the Darkmess Gate is destroyed, the battle is won.
