Pot cannons[1] are objects in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. They are cannons with eyes painted on them. Pot cannons are used mainly in Land's End. Mario can enter one by jumping into it, then the pot cannon starts moving in three directions (forward, backward, and upward), clicking as it moves. Mario can launch himself forward by jumping while inside the pot cannon. If Mario's jump is timed perfectly with the click, he can blast farther than usual.
