Players have to knock other players off the platforms by jumping and attacking. Later in the minigame, the square-boxed platforms will fall off one by one. The last player standing wins.

Players move around on bouncing balls on a platform located in midair and made of squares in a 3x3 arrangement. They can [[jump]] and spin-attack their opponents to try and knock them off. Bounce 'n' Trounce is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 3, Mario Party: The Top 100, and Mario Party Superstars.

Bounce 'n' Trounce in Mario Party Superstars.

Players move around on bouncing balls on a platform located in midair and made of squares in a 3x3 arrangement. They can jump and spin-attack their opponents to try and knock them off. As the minigame continues, the square-boxed platforms each begin to call off. The player whose opponents were all eliminated wins. In Mario Party 3, if at least two players remain by the end, it is a draw. In Mario Party Superstars, if every player falls off, the last player to do so wins.[1]
