Aces High is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 3.
Overview
The minigame opens with each player arriving in their plane.
In gameplay, players use their planes to launch flashing Bullet Bills that home in on their opponents. Every player can endure up to two hits before falling out of the sky, eliminating them. After firing, a player cannot launch another Bullet Bill until the first either hits an opponent or disappears. A Bullet Bill can only be dodged by doing a U-turn at the boundary of the course. The last player remaining wins, though if there are at least two players remaining and one has more health, that player wins. Otherwise, if either two players remain with the same health or every player is eliminated, the result is a draw.

Naming
The phrase "aces high" originates from card game terminology, referring to the value of ace cards. It had been used as the title for several military aviation-themed works in pop culture before the release of Mario Party 3 (most notably the 1984 Iron Maiden song), playing with the meaning of "ace" as a skilled combat pilot.
