Mecha Marathon (formerly formatted as Mecha-Marathon) is a 4-Player minigame found in Mario Party 2, Mario Party: The Top 100, and Mario Party Superstars. The stage is set in a grassy environment with four divided lanes of smooth dirt.

Gameplay[edit]

Players have to wind up their Mecha Fly Guys as fast as they can within the time limit. Each player has a lane for themselves and a Mecha Fly Guy to wind up. Once the time is up, the players release their Mecha Fly Guys, which start hovering down the path. As the Mecha Fly Guys fly, there are signs every ten yards to show where they are. The Fly Guys will fall to the ground after some distance. The player that has their Mecha Fly Guy land the farthest wins.

In the Mini-Game Coaster, the human player must make their Mecha Fly Guy fly the farthest to win.

In Mario Party 2, the minigame can be purchased from Woody for 200 coins.

In Mario Party: The Top 100, there is an upper scoring limit of 40.00 yards/metres.

In Mario Party Superstars, the highest score possible is 70.00 yards/metres.[1]
