Crank to Rank is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 8 and Mario Party: The Top 100.
Overview[edit]
The opening shows the four players cheering in front of Peach's Castle before putting their hands on the wheel handles at their respective flagpole.
Players compete to crank their flagpole to the top first, and whoever does so wins, also showing fireworks behind the castle. In Mario Party 8, if nobody fulfills the objective by five minutes, it is a tie.
The ending in Mario Party 8 focuses on the characters doing their winning and losing animations accordingly.
It is the sixth minigame of Decathlon in Mario Party: The Top 100.
