Water Whirled is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 3.
Overview[edit]
Players race around a track filled with water, each trying to finish five laps first. If a player moves too fast at a turn, they hit the outer edge, slowing them. If player is too slow at a turn, they move faster and either hit the inner wall or go the wrong way, causing "REVERSE" to appear on screen in place of how many laps remain. The first player to fulfill the objective wins, but if no one gets to the end within three minutes, the result is a draw.
The minigame title is a pun on Water World, used for several waterparks, or possibly the 1995 film.
