Mr. Kipper is a species of fish that can be found in the Sea as well as in the Sunken Ship in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are often met in a team with Crusties and Bloobers. Mr. Kipper is usually considered as one of the easiest enemies in the Sunken Ship, as he doesn't have high HP and does not resort to any spell. In battle, Mr. Kipper attacks by ramming into its enemies. Mr. Kipper is also in one of the game areas of Bowser's Keep as part of the race quiz. When a Mr. Kipper is shown outside of water, its color is green. They are close relatives to Goby, another enemy that appeared in the Kero Sewers.
