Helios are small fiery orbs that appeared during the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is named for Helios, the Greek sun god. Czar Dragon often summons several Helios to help him in battle in Barrel Volcano. The enemy's only attack consists in ramming one of its opponents and exploding in order to damage them. Helios are weak against Ice, so while Mallow's Snowy can defeat all of them in a single blow, although its lack of elemental resistances besides Fire, coupled with its nonexistent defenses, means any damaging non-Fire group attack can do so just as easily.
