Variant of Frogog

Ribbites are orange relatives of Frogogs in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They appear in Land's End and Bean Valley. In battle, they fight along Beezos. Ribbite's name is a portmanteau of "ribbit," an onomatopoeia of a frog sound, and "bite." Ribbites' Thought Peek thought, coupled with their Japanese name, may be intended to indicate they are actually the children of the Frogogs Mario previously encountered.
