A Pick Me Up is an item used to revive one downed party member in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, instantly restoring all of their lost HP. This item can only be used during battle, as any downed party members automatically regain one HP after a battle. The term "pick me up" is a general phrase referring to any food or drink with restorative powers.

In the remake, the player is restricted to six Pick Me Ups at a time.[1]
