Somnus Waltz is an attack used in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is an unblockable attack which causes one target to fall asleep. While having the sleep status, a character cannot perform actions until the character wakes up. The effects of Somnus Waltz can be negated with accessories that protect against sleep. The name of the attack suggests that it can be performed by dancing. Somnus Waltz can only be used by Puppox and Springer. It can be thought of as an upgraded version of Remo Con's Eerie Jig.
