Heavy Troopas are giant Sky Troopas that appear in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They appear in the sky portion of Bean Valley as well as inside Nimbus Castle during Valentina's occupation. They are notably one of the only large enemies to appear on the overworld, as they guard certain doors. Their only attack is launching themselves towards a party member, which takes two turns to prepare. They are similar to Tub-O-Troopas, to which the game also refers to as Heavy Troopas when it states "Heavy Troopa’s ready to launch."

Trivia
- Heavy Troopas look similar to Heavy Para-Beetles from New Super Mario Bros. Wii. The head in their artwork is also shaped exactly the same as that of the overfed Baby Fat, so it is likely the model for the head was reused for both entities in rendering.
