Barrendale Mesa Secret Zone, titled Barren Door when entering the Secret Zone, is a Spark Quest in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located on the planet Barrendale Mesa. In this Quest, the heroes must rescue the Spark Squashette Master from the Barrendale Mesa Secret Zone. Squashette Master then joins the heroes after the Quest is complete.

History[edit]

The door to the Barrendale Mesa Secret Zone is found close to Gerspard's location. To open it, the heroes must purchase the Barren Key from SALESBOT 9.99+TX for 11 Planet Coins. Once the door is open, the heroes can enter.

Inside the Barrendale Mesa Secret Zone, the heroes must reach to Squashette Master, but a bridge is not functional. The heroes must complete circuit puzzles to activate a bridge leading to a new section of a circuit, and then the bridge that leads to Squashette Master. After Squashette Master is rescued, it joins the heroes, and the Quest is complete.

Entering the Secret Zone a second time will provide a timed challenge to obtain the Gleaming Discruptor for Rabbid Luigi. After the second completion, the reward will then be a treasure chest containing coins.
