The Wake-Up Pin, originally formatted as Wake Up Pin, is an accessory in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its Nintendo Switch remake. It keeps the wearer from being affected by attacks that cause the Mute and Sleep status effects. Additionally, it increases both physical and magical defense by three points. A Wake-Up Pin can first be gained from a scared Mushroom person during the Shymore invasion, and later ones can be bought from shops in Rose Town and the freed Seaside Town for 42 coins.
