Bandana Blue, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

Bandana Blues are pirate enemies found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. They reside in the Sunken Ship and work for Jonathan "Johnny" Jones. Bandana Blues serve as Johnny's personal bodyguards, as they are stronger than their relatives, the Bandana Reds. However, they Blues still have relatively average stats and only one special attack, Pierce. Additionally, they are not resistant to any forms of magic, and are weak against fire and thunder magic. They also have a fondness of the color blue, according to their thought.

Four Bandana Blues fight alongside Johnny. During the battle, if all four Bandana Blues are defeated, Johnny challenges Mario to a one-on-one duel. Soon after the battle, the Bandana Blues and Johnny aid Mario at Seaside Town, by preventing Speardovich from entering the Sea and returning to Smithy with the five Star Pieces he stole from Mario.
