Relatives

Bad Adder (originally called Earth Link) is a giant mechanical snake and Cloaker's pet that is found in the Factory in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. In the Japanese version, both snakes and operators have "link" in their names, though only Earth Link's was transliterated rather than renamed completely in the SNES localization.

Bad Adder attacks by poisoning Mario's party, and exclusively uses physical attacks. If Domino is defeated first, Cloaker retreats to Bad Adder and electronically fuses with it.

Bad Adder is a purple palette swap of Mad Adder, Domino's snake.

Monster List profile Apparently it would be called something else if it had fused with Domino instead of Cloaker. Which raises the question...what is this monster's true name?
