Star Rain is the ultimate special attack mastered by Mallow in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Mallow attacks all enemies, summoning a huge Star which crushes the targets. For more damage, the player can tap Y Button as soon as the Star touches the ground. This will result in the Star leaping back up and coming back down for more damage. It will continue to do this for each successful hit of Y Button. After the attack, all the enemies are damaged. Mallow learns this attack at level 18. He needs 14 FP to use this attack. It is similar to a move called Dark Star, which is used by powerful bosses.
