Template:Quote2 The Fire Shell is a type of armor for Bowser in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. According to its artwork, it is a black shell with a red and yellow flame pattern, red spikes, and yellow rings. The Fire Shell has a physical defense rating of 18 and a magical defense rating of nine points. Like the rest of the "Fire" armor series, it can be bought from Hinopio in Barrel Volcano or Croco early in Bowser's Keep, specifically for 90 coins. It is succeeded by the Heal Shell.
