Room 6-9 (titled Room 5-9 in the British English version) is the ninth course of Toadstool Castle in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.

The course features five Mini Marios.

Overview

Two Mini Marios begin on a girder near the bottom left, next to a red Color Switch and above a large pool of water. A pair of Moving Platforms are on either side of this girder; taking the left Moving Platform upward leads to a Cool Kong on a girder, blocked off by a yellow gate. Further to the right of and below the Cool Kong are a horizontal Moving Platform and some spikes, as well as a red gate. Behind the red gate are two Color Switches, yellow and red, as well as the third Mini Mario and another yellow gate. Another horizontal Moving Platform and some spikes are to the right of the yellow gate, with another Cool Kong above them; the Cool Kong can be blocked off by a red gate on its girder. Taking the right Moving Platform from the girder with the two Mini Marios leads to a girder with red and yellow switches and the other two Mini Marios, with a yellow gate and two more Moving Platforms on their right. The vertical lift leads to the exit, on a girder near the spikes and below the second Cool Kong; the horizontal lift leads to a section with an elevator and a red switch, blocked off by two yellow gates. To reach the exit, the player should guide the Minis onto the lifts, making sure to press the switches so the Cool Kongs can carry the Minis above the spikes.

Mini Mario Card

The Mini Mario Card is above the horizontal Moving Platform below the exit. It can be collected by pressing a yellow switch, then guiding a Mini Mario onto the second of the two Moving Platforms so it can ride the lift into the card.
