Room 2-2 (titled Room 1-2 in the British English version) is the second course of Tropical Island in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.

The course features three Mini Marios.

Overview[edit]

This course contains a Blue Spring, Yellow Springs, Color Switches, colored gates, and a single Fire Piranha Plant. The course is divided into three levels, and there is only one Coin, located on the middle level to the right of the yellow gate blocking off the Fire Piranha Plant and to the left of the Blue Spring. Two Mini Marios start out on the top level: one on the top left, blocked off by a yellow gate, and one on a girder at the top right. The third Mini Mario starts out in the middle of the bottom level. The exit is located on the middle level at the far left; to access it, the Mini Marios must disable the yellow gate blocking it off, then use the left Yellow Spring to jump up to the middle level.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is located in an alcove on the bottom level. To collect it, the Mini Marios should first advance past the red gate while it is up, then step on a red Color Switch and enter the alcove.
