Room 5-4 (titled Room 4-4 in the British English version) is the fourth course of Lava Dome in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.

The course features three Mini Marios.

Overview[edit]

Two Mini Marios begin near the bottom left; on either side of them is a pool of lava with a Spyguy hovering over it. If a Mini takes the left Spyguy, it can enter a Warp Pipe above the Spyguy, which leads to two ledges with Yellow Springs. The third Mini Mario begins on a ledge above the two Yellow Springs. If a Mini takes the right Spyguy, it can ride to a Blue Spring on the other side, which can be used to bounce onto another Spyguy directly above. The Mini can then ride this Spyguy to the left to reach an elevator; at the top of the elevator are two Spyguys hovering above Swing Bars without handles, one on the third Mini Mario's level and one on the same level as the elevator. The exit is to the right of the lower Spyguy above a Swing Bar; to reach it, the player should guide the Mini Marios through the pipe and onto the Spyguys and springs so they can reach the top and arrive at the goal.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is on a small ledge at the right end of the topmost Spyguy's path. It can be collected by having the topmost Mini Mario ride on the Spyguy, then get off when it reaches the ledge.
