Brick floors[1] are blocks in Super Mario Bros. 3. They are red brickwork found throughout Bowser's Castle, though identical white-colored bricks are used in various friendly castles throughout the game. They only become an interactive element separate from ordinary ground in the final battle against Bowser, where he can be defeated by luring him into stomping through layers of brick floor to eventually cause him to fall into a pit.
