Glohm Sharpcask is the form Sharpcask takes after he is infused with Glohm in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. He serves as one of three optional bosses in the game, the others being Glohm Gobblick and Glohm Pipegunk.

Glohm Sharpcask's battle is the same as Sharpcask's, except with a few differences: Glohm Sharpcask's attacks are more aggressive than Sharpcask's and may inflict Glohm on either Mario or Luigi. Glohm Sharpcask can also create a Glohmy shield that the Bros. must break by using their hammers or one of the Bros. Attacks. In addition, Luigi must avoid bombs when using Luigi Logic to pile up some boxes on Glohm Sharpcask. Likewise, Glohm Sharpcask's level is twenty levels higher than Sharpcask's 19, being level 39; this makes Glohm Sharpcask's battle harder than Sharpcask's. Defeating Glohm Sharpcask rewards the Mario Bros. a Platinum Medallion.
