Chill-Out Fruit is a key item in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is a pink fruit with white clover imprints and a green stem with one leaf. The Chill-Out Fruit is needed in the Craft Some Amped Gloves side quest.

After Billdit fails at making Amped Gloves, due to losing confidence, Mario and Luigi speak with Maykit about how to restore it. They travel to Twistee Island to find the Chill-Out Fruit, located on a high area only reachable via Connectar Flowers. After finding the fruit, the group returns to Billdit, where his sister gives him the fruit. After eating it, Billdit's mood improves, allowing him to create the Amped Gloves, finishing the side quest.
