- “This old place! It's got so many holes. I never know what's gonna happen!”
- —Dulles, Mario & Luigi: Brothership
Dulles is one of the four members of IDLE, appearing in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. He is a young, lanky, green Concordian humanoid, and wears a green sleeveless shirt and a belt with a spiral in the center on his waist. Dulles also wears a yellow-orange scarf tied around his antenna. He lives on Desolatt Island with the rest of the IDLE members.
Dulles and the rest of IDLE first meet Mario and Luigi on Desolatt Island, where Ireen and the rest of the group task the brothers to find all of them in a game of hide-and-seek. Dulles hides in the green building to the northeast, however, he ends up falling through one of many holes in the floor, and the brothers must figure which hole leads to his hiding spot. Once Desolatt Island is linked, he and the rest of IDLE join Mario and Luigi on their adventure on Shipshape Island.
